We find out what level you’re at
 

First Session will be a general session where we will get to know the player and run him/her through a basic session in which we assess the player's technical ability, fitness level, agility and speed, cognitive capability, and overall understanding of the game.

         Target areas of Improvement

Then we target the main areas that need the most improvement and work through 3 main areas:

    1. Speed and agility

2. Individual skills
          3. Individual concepts.

 

        Achieving results through repetition and good habits

We work on repetition and muscle memory to create good habits. Maximizing players' speed of development.
